What Brand of Alarm Panels can you monitor?

Our Receivers are capable of recognising the format of almost all alarm systems available on the current alarm market.

Is the monitoring of my clients restricted to Victoria?

As our Receivers are primarily 1300 or 1345 prefixes we can monitor clients in every State of Australia.

What areas can you cover for Mobile Patrol Responses?

We have access to Mobile Patrol companies in most areas. If not we will do our best to assist you in finding an alternative arrangement. We can also accommodate your Clients who nominate their own Mobile Patrol companies.

How do I go about connecting my Clients to your Monitoring Station?

If you are an existing Bureau, please telephone our Monitoring Station anytime 24-hours per day. Our staff will assist you from the setting up of a new client account through to the final step of finalising the commissioning details.
